Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy is 7 days from the day of purchase.
We will only accept a return if you have a valid returns number issued by our office.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and unopened.
There is a restocking charge of a minimum of 25% but this may be greater if the manufacturers restocking charge is higher.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Unfortunately elements and chemical pumps cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit note will automatically be applied to your account.
To return your product, you should mail your product to our office.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Faulty Parts
Warranty on all parts is dependent on the manufacturer’s policy, and all warranty returns will be forwarded to the manufacturer for test and inspection before a new part is dispatched. Elements and circuit boards can not be returned under warranty once fitted.
We will also need the following
- Date the part was fitted and also the date it failed.
- All parts must be returned with a detailed engineer’s report explaining the fault.
- Confirmation that the part was fitted by a qualified engineer trained to work on the manufacturer’s equipment. ( A certificate may be needed. )
Damaged Goods
Damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and should be returned in the original packaging.
When signing for the delivery, please make reference to this where you sign, and please also take a picture to support your case.
Incorrectly Ordered Parts
A restocking charge of 25% will be applied for all stock items. Special orders or non-stock items will not be eligible for return without prior agreement.
Circuit boards, PCB’s and user interfaces can not be restocked unless this is agreed with cateringspares-tla.
By completing and paying for your order, we will assume that you have read and agree to our returns and refunds policy.
